关于美区paypal受限

我上传身份证上去后，过了一周都没反应，还不能删除账号，我就发了消息不能解除限制就删除账号


然后发了邮件给我，这是解除限制吗，还是可以继续用？

能删号就删吧，要是被永封了，整套信息以后再也不能用 paypal 了

试了一下用美区paypal绑定美区appleid，成功了
