As part of the aquisition of Ubiquity by LeaseWeb, ordering from the Ubiquity system has been disabled. Soon, the Ubiquity Motion control panel will also be disabled. If you did not have any active services as of June 10th, you would not have received an email with an activation link. If you would like to order services with LeaseWeb, you would need to create a new account in their system or contact [email protected].

Q: How about my account credits in the ubiquity? Will it automatically transfer to new account of LeaseWeb?

In this case, as you would need to create a new LeaseWeb account, your credits would not transfer automatically. Once you have created your LeaseWeb account, you may open a ticket requesting the transfer of your account credit from your Ubiquity account.

It is possible that the inactive accounts will be imported at a later date, as the integration is still in progress. I would recommend creating your LeaseWeb account and opening a ticket to have your Ubiquity account credit transferred over.
