有故障我就自己尝试救援模式安装了，不成功我就重新打开一个ticket,要求他帮助我安装iso。他居然告诉我昨天就跟我说了，今天为什么还打开一个ticket,问我到底要怎么样。
“As explain on another ticket, iDRAC card does not have KVM , so you cannot use KVM to install your own iso, it seems on another ticket you ask to retract, what do you want exactly ?”
这人是不是是非颠倒了？

自己引导的时候进去改一下权限就能挂ISO了……

不需要的ticket，我手动关闭，不是减轻他工作量么。
问题没解决居然只是质问我为什么再开一个ticket,真是本末倒置啊。

是你滥发TK吧，而且20欧没有KVM，只有IPMI，你要装系统进控制面板下载java控制器上传ISO装就行了 ...

前一个ticket不用，我手动关闭自己解决，不是好习惯么？另外是39.99的，这台机器不能用ipmi,kvm不工作是他说的，我下面把他的回复贴出来。

sudo su挂了iso,但是重启之后ping不通是什么缘由呢？买的joodle.nl的模板

2个小时了ping不通，上一次8小时，我睡醒了才通但是没成功。
