收到Gigs的mail，移動再一次打趴電信...

Since lasts night, approximate 11pm , 3March 2017, HKT.    We are facing very high latency access from China .

Initial checking found that issue happening China Telecom Backborn peering to PCCW where we are using for Direct China Access.  It looks good with China Mobile where we have directly connected .

We have inform those related party about this issue, and they are looking into this matters, there are no ETA given yet at this time.

Sorry for the inconveniences .
