Our goal was to secure at least parts of our business - but we lost this option.
We are sorry to announce that we are going out of business. Please take backups of your VPS as soon as possible. All customers paid via credit card we already send refunds on the last weeks. Alls customers paid via PayPal please open a dispute with PayPal we will accept this and you get refunded. All customers paid via bank transfer will be refunded to the bank account they send the wire transfer from. All customers collocation equipment is already send back to the customer or will be send back to them in the next day's. We are very sorry that we can't longer provide our services. There will be no more support team available. So please understand that we don't answer to any tickets. This announcment include all services we provide and include all customers on all locations.
So we recommend once more:
Take Backups of your VPS. If you paid via Credit Card we send refunds for the last two month including all yearly contracts.
If you paid via PayPal please open a dispute with PayPal - we will accept this dispute and you will get a refund.
For colocation customers - all equipment is already on the way back to you.
Dedicated server customers please also take backups and proceed with the refund request. Payments via credit card are already refunded.
All customers who paid via wire transfer will be refunded within 7 working days to the account of origin. You should alreday got an email that your invoices is refunded.

还好没续费。。不过弄了远程桌面还不错啊。哈哈
