我把paypal协议取消了。然后去安装的2008，没扣钱也能安装，连接后显示激活的。是不是要第二个月才扣费的。有谁知道。

是的，他们需要paypal循环协议保持几乎状态，目的就是为了可以月底自动扣款。

楼主小心账号不保。
