ovh免vat还要签署东西？擦，发了一个pdf给我，签字了再拍..

You need to sign the attached document. As we are based in France the document is in French. By signing the document, you are stating that you are legally not obligated to pay VAT. Without this signed document, OVH must charge you VAT.

Also include a copy of a current bill with your name and address on it along with a photo ID. This is to prove your your place of residency.

After receiving the documents, the TVA will be removed from future purchases and renewals. Unfortunately, OVH can not reimburse you for TVA already paid.

After receiving VAT info
I have passed your info on to the the billing department. VAT will be removed from your account in the near future. This is a manual procedure which can take up to 24 hours.  If you plan purchase anything immediately, please contact me so that I can see that the VAT is removed from your order. If not the VAT will not be included on future purchases or renewals.
