Thanks for reaching out to DigitalOcean Support, I understand you had some concerns that you'd redeemed a Github promotional credit on your Team but were not seeing it in your control panel.

We have made recent modifications to our credit platform, which has caused some promotional credits to not display accurately under the Billing tab in your control panel. Please note that the credit will not display until your usage charges for the current month have finalized on your next invoice, which would be the first of next month. It'll be a line item listed on your invoice, showing that the total charges were deducted from any available promotional credit.

We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused. Rest assured that the promotional credit is active at this time on your account, and any usage charges accrued for the month will apply towards that available balance first. Our engineers are working to correct this display issue as soon as possible.
