我上传身份证上去后，过了一周都没反应，还不能删除账号，我就发了消息不能解除限制就删除账号

然后发了邮件给我，这是解除限制吗，还是可以继续用？

then open a new PayPal account in the country where you are now living.
Before you close your account, you need to:       · Remove all
financial information such as bank accounts or credit card details from
that PayPal account.    · Make sure your PayPal balance is zero. If
you need to open a dispute on a recent payment, you should wait until
the dispute is resolved before closing your account. Your PayPal
account has been restored to full access in order for you to make the
change.    You can find additional information and tips about buying and
selling safely on our Business Resource Center at https://www.paypal-businesscenter.com/manage-your-business.

试了一下用美区paypal绑定美区appleid，成功了

临时的，删除现有paypal，用居住地IP重新注册

能删号就删吧，要是被永封了，整套信息以后再也不能用 paypal 了

要是没有收到永久限制的邮件应该是没有问题

上个月，注册美区pp，付款过一次，隔天提示无法确认是你，奶奶的，注销账号，第二天继续用这个邮箱注册，啥事没有了，很玄乎！
