directadmin的Apache可以允许每一位客户的网站启用HSTS吗？
就是客户自己启用？或者我后台强行启用？

可以让用户通过 .htaccess 配置

directadmin.conf的参数只是给DA自身使用的，客户端的自己创建VirtualHost template
