While some methods of SEO are just fine, binding individual sites to
single IP addresses simply for SEO is not a valid justfication for requesting
additional space, unless each site has SSL certificates. It is not a valid
_technical_ reason for needing additional IPs as it does not restrict your
ability to host the sites themselves. In order for us to receive additional IP
allocations from ARIN we need to pass on our own justification that comes from
our clients. With IPv4 space become increasingly scarce ARIN has been extremely
restrictive about requiring true technical justification when allocating
additional IP space and we are not able to use SEO to acquire IPs.
The myth that unique IP addresses have an impact on pagerank is a persistent
issue that stems from a rumor that google dispelled as early as 2003. See:

reason for IP usage along with a way to uniquely identify the end user. Usually
a name or email address is easiest but alternative methods may be possible.
Please note only 80% must be for technical usage to receive your next block, you
do not need to wait until you have 100% utilization. If VPS servers is the
reason please take a screenshot of the management panel, please be sure to sort
the list by IP address otherwise the screenshots will not be accepted. Thank
you.
In addition to any screenshots we also need the IP justification pasted into the
helpdesk ticket in text format. Here is an example of how we would like your
current usage to be justified.
