客服也无法看出是真永久还是假永久，最后结论  只能等90天后看假永久保留的号是否会被删除了，不知道谷歌是否会为了20刀删号

  5. Our record shows that you have changed your number on the 23rd of April and you were able to keep your voice number permanent. Please be advised that only ported numbers are kept as permanent numbers.

  7. When you decided to keep the number after the number change process, the system allowed both of the Google Voice numbers to be active. This allows you to enjoy both Google Voice numbers however the number may still be reclaimed by Google if not used for 45 days.

10刀换号，新界面点保留，相当于多一个号，两个都要保吧
新界面保留旧的，这个是不是bug，是我所担心的

客服的意思的是10刀换的那个新的是永久的？永久是需要保号的永久还是真的永久呢？真永久的话。不就相当于说花20刀的人都是大xx？

翻译：Permanent 不就是 “永久”的意思么，你问我 Permanent 是不是 Permanent 我也满头问号啊，我只是个客服。你能给我发一下那个过程的截图么？我也去搞一个

我的理解，客服只是客服，只知道客服能知道的，比如有培训明确的内容

仅有转入号码能够保留永久，这是新版界面的特征，应该指从其他运营商转入的号码  ⇒  新版只能申请1个 gv，转入1个号码，「永久保留」是对于第1个gv的，如果客服被培训仅其他运营商转入能永久保留，gv 应该不能永久

请问是有客服邮箱么？给客服发邮件？我想问问旧版 $20到底是不是 “不会被回收”。新版按了永保按钮 → 旧版永保按钮会消失，怀疑利用旧版得到的 “在新版系统下无法获取的第二gv” 在系统中也是被标记为 $20 的，这个只能搏一搏，但博的前提是 $20 到底怎么回事

转入是指从其他运营商转入到谷歌的，我的理解是如果是谷歌的号码你点击永久就是解除90天回收设置变成可以两个谷歌号需要同时保号。如果是转入的号码，那永久就是永久了。

10刀=换号，20刀=永久老号  
账单是这样的，20刀明确写了是永久(permanent)的，有什么疑问

Thanks for contacting Google Voice Support.

I can see that you're asking whether your number ending in 6666 is permanent or not.

I checked your account and it seems you have changed your number recently, from 6666 to 7777.

Under our new number change process, there is no more $10 charge if you decide to change your number; however you will need to delete the old one to make way for the new number.

But looking at how your number change was done, it seems you were able to do it through the Legacy Page (old process). Our new process is gradually being implemented meaning some accounts may still have a way to change their number through the old process.

With the old process, you pay a $10 service fee to have the number changed, your original number (6666) becomes your secondary number which will expire by 90 days if you don't opt to make it permanent by paying extra $20.

However, please bear in mind that our numbers need to be used occasionally, if the number becomes inactive in a span of three months then the number will be reclaimed by the system. Of course you will be notified via email with the reclaim date which should remind you to use your number prior to that date to avoid the number being reclaimed.

你现在两个号都能用么  
Under our new number change process, there is no more $10 charge if you decide to change your number; however you will need to delete the old one to make way for the new number.
根据我们新的号码更改流程，如果您决定更改号码，则不再收取 10 美元的费用；但是，您需要删除旧号码才能为新号码让路。

这个是原本的流程，客服可是按照旧的流程培训的，所以只能回答你正常的问题。如果是BUG的话，客服的回复肯定也不能为准

是的, 其实现在因为有新版 bug 的因素, GOOGLE FAE 估计也不确定. 不过我早上补充我详细操作过程追问了.

以前我的老号是永久的，绑了微信tg之类的，现在申请了信号，不会老号新号都变成短期的吧。。

其实如果想选个靓号，10刀不亏，但是那个老号永久当时确实可以点，有没有效果就不知道了，买信号说明好像是说的老号保留90天？
